amazing location, clean, modern, great views and what a great host!!!
Excellent location and great space/layout
Super kitchen, laundry and sauna
Located just a short walk to the city centre.
Split level apartment on the top floor with 2 rooms, living, dining and a toilet/bath areas on the lower level and sauna m large toilet/bathing facility on upper floor. Balconies on both levels facing each facing one side of the block.
Kitchen was well equipped including dishwashing machine.
Washing machine in the lower level toilet/bath.
Close proximity to good eateries including Chinese and Korean restaurants.
Instruction were spot on.

The owner was super flexible and accommodating
The apartment is really functional, cosy, spacious and near all the main amenities. Supermarket is just under 5 minute walking distance, bus stops nearby, as well as nicest restaurants. It's right in the centre of Rovaniemi. The kitchen has everything you need. It's also got a dishwasher and washing machine (no tumble dryer). It's exactly like in the photos. Beds are comfy. It's a nice place to go back to after a day out in the cold. Owner is really nice, we never met him in person but he was really nice by replying to our messages and welcoming our requests. We'd definitely stay there again. There also are two lovely balconies, maybe best for the warmer weather!
