Location was in the city center. Amenities, cutlery, kitchen were well equipped.
Very comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants and tours. Great sauna.

This apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures- fantastic. It is finished to a very high standard and appears to be new. It is located literally in the centre so bars restaurants and shops are in your doorstep. No need for a car as local buses are clean and efficient and bus stops are very close by. So, who needs a wooden hut in the woods when you can enjoy a sauna in this lovely apartment before strolling to a choice of nice restaurants within 5 minutes.
We booked a reservation for 3 people for the suite named 'Royal Roi Luxury Suites,' but the day before our arrival, we received news that our suite had been upgraded to a larger and more comfortable penthouse called 'Royal Penthouse Apartment' due to an unexpected issue with the original suite. We noticed that there was a price difference of 2 times between the two rooms, yet we were able to check in without any additional payment. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations; it was located right in the heart of Rovaniemi city, making transportation very convenient. Across the hotel, there was the Santa Express, and you could easily go to Santa Claus Village. We stayed as a group of 3, and we left the hotel incredibly happy; we wish we had planned a longer stay! It was an amazing hotel experience in every detail!
