l'emplacement , la propreté , la décoration et les équipements
L’emplacement et la proximité près du centre ville et des plages mais dans une rue au calme
Le logement est très bien situé, la plage est accessible en quelques minutes à pied. La résidence est très calme bien que proche d'une rue animée. Place de parking privée. Présence d'un balcon bien utile pour faire sécher les serviettes au retour de la plage.
La literie était bonne. Kitchenette complète, rien ne manque.
