It is of good value. You can get enough facilities. The location is super convenient, as you can access markets on foot and easily go to beaches and other attractions via Nice Riquier station right next to the apartment. I love the staff of Zou at the station as they were there to support us with the tickets.
What we love the most is that the host was extremely helpful as he answered almost every question of us right away and advised us on where to go. He also let us in the apartment a bit before the check-in time, which was so nice. Thank you very much!
Convenient location, close to the train station and city center (just 20 min walk), amazing Italian restaurant just round the corner.
L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione sia per raggiungere la sede dell'Università in cui ci siamo recati nei giorni del nostro soggiorno, sia per raggiungere il centro di Nizza. Noi eravamo in 4 e posso affermare di esserci trovati in un ambiente confortevole e adatto alle nostre esigenze.
Inoltre, Adam, il nostro Host, si è dimostrato fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre richieste e facendo di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.
Dovessi tornare a Nizza, sicuramente prenderei in considerazione di tornare in questo appartamento!
Das Apartment liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof Riquier und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Vom Hafen Port Lympia in Nizza erreicht man es in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Es ist mit den nötigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, wenn man seine Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten möchte.
Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber war nur per SMS, aber er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
