Location, Restaurants nearby, clean Room and everything very accessible
It is a great location especially if you want to be close to Gare du Lyon (as I did). I was traveling with my dog and the hotel is dog friendly on a quiet road in front of a park.
Foued and his wife were very helpful making our stay a success. Their recommendations and friendliness made our stay a great memory. We have recommended their hotel to friends visiting Paris this summer.

The breakfast was great, wouldn’t have asked for anything else, many choices to choose from. Good location, near a metro station.
