The property manager was extremely easy to work with which always makes a trip better! She gave us advice for using public transport in the area and gave very clear instructions for entering the apartment. We also liked that the property had an outdoor patio and was walking distance from the train station.

I stayed with my family at the apartment and was close to the Conference Center (20 minutes of walking), which was great as I could go back and forth during the day. The place is just like the pictures. It has all the essentials that a family could need. Also, Hayann was really friendly and easy to locate.

The apartment was clean, kitchen had all the necessary amenities, great WiFi, IPTV unlike most hotels which have only cable, quiet compared to other hotels I have stayed at. I suggest using Rhonexpress and Metro A if You arrive from the airport (stop Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and Charpennes). Owner was helpful and provided detailed instructions on what to visit etc. Great value for money.
