The key was put in a security box with a code. It is easy to get the keys, but the lock was a bit tricky to open. The host Anne was really very helpful and responsive. She booked a taxi for us upon our leaving.
A wonderful flat, absolutely recommendable, very nice landlady. It is perfectly furnished and has a marvellous garden - 11 out of 10 possible points! The old town, shops, railway station are all within a few minutes' walk.
The only thing I would have liked is a fly screen for the mosquitoes that fly through Avignon at night in not inconsiderable numbers ;-)))
Wonderful homey house. Would highly recommend for it's excellent location and proximity to everything within the walled area..

The location was very convenient indeed. The apartment was well designed to make the best use of space, pleasingly decorated and furnished, and was adequate for our needs. It was very clean and communications from the host were excellent. Ideal for 2 or 3 people
