Great location, offered parking nearby (paid) but secure in gated area Right across street from beach and on strip Walking distance to all attractions Bus stops in front and trolly on block behind Grocery stores nearby Great a/c and full kitchen with large fridge and washer Provided towels for beach and chairs Noise was not that bad, quieter after 11:00 Would stay again

Large open floorplan space with lots of natural light, modern kitchen, updated bathroom with nice shower and great water pressure and the AC kept the apartment very cool. Amazing outdoor patio, just across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the water to get into old Nice. Provided beach towels, and chairs, which were great for the pebble beaches in Nice. The owner and property manager were great, very responsive and friendly.
