Large open floorplan space with lots of natural light, modern kitchen, updated bathroom with nice shower and great water pressure and the AC kept the apartment very cool. Amazing outdoor patio, just across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the water to get into old Nice. Provided beach towels, and chairs, which were great for the pebble beaches in Nice. The owner and property manager were great, very responsive and friendly.
LOCATION, LOCATION AND LOCATION. Availability of a washing machine.
We were there for 6 nights. Location was very convenient. Close to the beach, supermarket, tram, and bus. Communication with Susana and Alain was excellent. We were allowed to check in a little early and Susana was very helpful in explaining all aspects of the apartment. The outdoor terrace is a nice addition.
Superb location. Cozy apartment. Lovely area. Couldn't be better!
