Easy arrival and very clear instructions for key collection. Clean and bright with everything you need (even a diffuser for the hairdryer). Also, some reviews say there's no air con, but there absolutely is. There is one in the living room and one in the bedroom (plus a very strong fan) and it was very comfortable during a week of extreme heat. I was there for business in Cannes, so I didn't get much time in the apartment, but it was very convenient for commuting to Cannes and getting away from the commotion of it too.
The host was super communicative and showed great patience when I has a silly issue with my deposit. Place is new construction, but no noise was heard from work going on in the building. All appliances were fantaatic!' Location was key, close to everything. Train station across the street, beach a few minutes down the hill, and a Spar basically next door:) Bed was comfortable, shower hot and strong, lovely large balcony! Oh! And it has those solid metal gates, so it was pitch black and no noise got in, wecslept very late everyday which was amazing!
