The staff is very responsive and able to understand that costumers. We have been first time to paris, but the staff made it comfortable for us.
The room is clean and bright. I like when the window is huge. The room space is perfect for 1 traveller. Location is a little bit far from the center but there are train stations in 10 mins walk. The stuff is nice and polite.
The receptionist Olga was really kind and welcoming. The room was big enough, and the bathroom also.
Good price for Paris. Clean. Secure. Staff were very pleasant & helpful.
