This was a tres chic place to stay in Vannes. First, the building dates from the 16th century with many beautiful details. Second, the refurbishment makes the most of staying true to the original structure while creating a comfortable, modern space. Third, you step out your door right into the heart of Vannes with just steps away from the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Nicolas is an excellent and thoughtful host and we really appreciated the gifts he left for us. He was also very patient and helpful when we got lost trying to find the apartment. Safety tip: don’t try to drive to the apartment address!! Follow Nicolas’s instructions! 😉
Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a medieval building centrally located in the walled old town of Vannes. Free secure parking close by. Good communication by our hosts.
Great location with easy access to parking. Very well equipped and comfortable. Right in the center of the old town walkable all around.
The location is really great in the center of old Vannes with no car. The house was first built during the 16th century, but the apartment is well renovated, even thought it was not possible to have everything horizontally or vertically aligned. But that's part of the charm. The host had left some local delicacies for our arrival, which were excellent. The apartment is well equipped and the WIFI is excellent.
The parking is a real bonus. It is about 200 meters, 600 feet from the apartment.
I'd definitely return to the place.
Very convenient situation to explore the beautiful old town and port, for restaurants and the market. Owners supplied all our needs and were very kind and helpful.
Bed was very comfortable and generally the apartment was very well equipped.
