We spent two weeks in Aix-en-Provence in this property at the end of July 2024. A family of 5.
Fantastic apartment, clean and fully equipped with everything.
The location is absolutely insane. 5 mins walking from old city center and all the restaurants and terases.
I also had to do some remote work during this time and the internet speed is super fast for all needs.
Jerome is a fantastic host, receiving us and accommodating.
Very nice and luminous apartment, the rooms had also electric window blinds. The flat is lovely, nicely partitioned. Traveling in February, it was possible to turn the heat up to stay in t-shirt if one so wanted. Jerome, the host, is very friendly and provided all information we enquired. The internet us advertised as 95 mbps, I measured almost double that, 170 mbps over wifi. Amazon prime was provided in addition to the plethora of free broadcast tv channels, so our French immersion was well supported.
Carrefour mini shop on the ground level, next door, this was quite convenient.
Excellent location, bright and well equipped and the host was very responsive to messages. Very handy to have a supermarket right beside the apartment block.
Excellent location; Jérôme provided excellent communication and helpful information; great proximity to bus station with bus to TGV and Marseille Airport, and cafes. Easy walk to old city.
Table on balcony was nice to relax with wine and snacks.

L’appartement est grand et agréable malgré la chaleur extérieure et heureusement qu'il y la climatisation, il est aussi très bien équipé.
