We enjoyed our two nights at Alger Residence and wish we had stayed longer in Nice! The building has a lot of character and the flat is larger than indicated by the photos, with a spacious great room and private bedroom. The decorating style is edgy and fun. The location is perfect - we walked from the TCV train station upon arrival with no problem and over the next 1.5 days went everywhere by foot, including the beach, old city, port, and overlook on Castle Hill. There are shops and restaurants all around, and we found the best pastry of our France trip (pain aux raisins) at the nearby Carabacel Patisserie. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. We could reach the tram, train station, old city, beach and main commercial street by foot in max 20 minutes. The apartment looks like in the photos and was very spacious. It was very quiet because the street was not a buissy one There was everything we needed for cooking something for breakfast and heating up a meal for dinner. There is a hairdryer and an iron and cleaning supplies. We didn't have to pay extra for a guarantee.
