Great Location. 5 minutes walk to Metro. Very clean and quiet.
This was a nice, cozy place to stay near the heart of Paris. We chose it because of its nearness to Gare de Lyon. For our family of 5 toting luggage. It took about 7-8 minutes to walk.
Everything was neat and clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and we loved there was a washer/dryer for laundry next to the bathroom.
Beds were comfortable and owner/manager left towels for each of us on the bed.
Bathroom was not tiny, and probably decently spacious for a mid-city Paris place, and in good condition.

Great accomodation very clean and tidy with all home from home comforts - good family accomodation
The apartment was a spacious, clean, and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is large with upgraded appliances and plenty of storage. The water heater worked well (especially for Paris in the winter). The washer and dryer in unit was useful as we were in Paris for a few days before continuing home. The host(s) were timely with communication and offered online check in. The flat was located close to the bus and metro stops and many good restaurants. We would stay here again and consider a longer stay.
The apartment is home from home . The location was great down a quiet street.We went to see a concert in the Accor Arena, which was a 15-minute walk away. Perfect location. Loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The. Metro is so handy with Gare De Lyon close by..
