This flat is in the best neighbourhood in JLP. It's quiet but walking distance to restaurants and the beach is literally at the end of the street. The flat is surrounded by pricey 4+5 star hotels, but this flat offers the same location with a stunning sea view for a fraction of the price.
Waking up to breakfast with this view is my idea of heaven.
The host Setty is very nice and keen to share tips on places to go, and to a level you wouldn't get in a hotel.
The decor is tasteful.
The bed is super comfy and night time pillows are supplied.
Perfectly located in every sense. The beach with crystal-clear water is just down the street, charming restaurants are only a few minutes walk away, and the view across the sea towards Cannes is simply breathtaking. We spent so much time on the balcony, it genuinely felt like a second living room.
The apartment is beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped, and full of charm. Setty, our host, was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the very beginning.
Antibes has a magic of its own: relaxed, elegant, and full of character. It is also the perfect base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. From Menton to Cannes, every day brought something new to fall in love with.
Just a few doors down, luxury hotels charge four or five times the price, but none can match the heart and the soul of this place.
We would love to return. A real hidden gem.

The view really is amazing, and the apartment is in an excellent location near beaches, parks, shops and restaurants. Very good value for money and equipped with everything we needed. We would love to return.
Nettes 1 Zimmer Appartement, sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem was man brauch, reichlich Geschirr und mehr, inkl. Gewürze etc. Aircon modern und auch sehr leise! Toller Balkon, Süd-West Blick! Ruhiges gepflegtes Haus. Next zum Hotel 1923. Kommunikation mit Setty unkompliziert, zeitnah & auf englisch!
