The air con in our room wasn't working properly on the first night. We told them about it the next day and we were given another room straight away.
The property was well located for access to Toulouse centre, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay, even a swimming pool.
The breakfast was good, the hotel staff was friendly. The A/C in the room worked properly and the sound isolation was great. Very comfortable bed with nice lining.
