I liked the spacious apartment. Cleanliness was great. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked well. Nice to have a washing machine. Liza was very nice to work with on this trip. Close to train station.

Apartment was as advertised - although it wasn't quite clear that the 3rd bed was a pullout in the family room. Check-in and check-out process was easy due to 24/7 staff. Great location - very convenient to train station. Kitchen was well stocked. Had breakfast downstairs last day - was very good - large selection and reasonably priced.

Very central location in Nice old town, with a local fresh produce market just downstairs. The host was very communicative and welcoming.

The room was spacious enough for our family, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were also very friendly. Although it is a bit away from the Nice beach, the location was perfect for us as we took the train to Cannes and Monaco. (Getting to the Nice beach is easy as well!) If we visit Nice again, we would definitely stay here.

When we arrived at Apartment Malaussena getting the keys was a seamless process, we went into the attached Hotel Monsigny and they straight away gave us our keys allowing us to check in early. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the strong ac with how hot it was outside. On check-out we were able to leave our bags in the attached hotel so we could keep exploring the city before our flight later in the day. The host Liza was amazing and willing to answer any question we had.
