It had everything we required for a short stay in Nice
Convenient appartment in a block of flats. 6th floor view on the city and sea in the distance is makes pleasant impression. Gated ground parking place is available in the neigborhood block. Supermarkets and bakery in close distance. Well equipped kitchen. The city is worth seeing. We used Nice as a base for traveling around and for that purpose it was a perfect choice. Must be noticed that the block is situated pretty close to airport departure lane, so the noise of departing planes is something you have to deal with. At night an earplugs do the work.
