L'emplacement. Proche du tram. A 2 stations du centre ville.
Spacious, cleaned, nice garden view, quiet, bright in daytime, sunlight comes in at the afternoon, parking at garage which is a very good choice especially when you have a car, you may simply park your car here and then take a slow walk about 25 to 30 minutes to city centre.
Lots of good restaurants nearby as well.
A very good choice of staying here.
Quiet neighborhood, separate rooms with kitchen, good localization, coffee maker, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and private indoor garage.

The place is quite nice and clean. Free parking is a nice bonus. Everything was great in terms of communication.
