L'emplacement. Proche du tram. A 2 stations du centre ville.
Spacious, cleaned, nice garden view, quiet, bright in daytime, sunlight comes in at the afternoon, parking at garage which is a very good choice especially when you have a car, you may simply park your car here and then take a slow walk about 25 to 30 minutes to city centre.
Lots of good restaurants nearby as well.

Nice quiet area with access to parking, close enough to the motorway that driving was easy. Very detailed message about check in and how to access the property, the room was very clean and had all needed facilities, plus the balcony was nice for a morning coffee. Also there is a deal with a local bar to get a two from one drink and a discount on food, which was an added bonus. Definitely would stay again 😀
Quiet neighborhood, separate rooms with kitchen, good localization, coffee maker, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and private indoor garage.
