Easy access with codes to unlock the doors. Clean appartment with an exeptional shower and quite new furniture. The owner left us something to eat and drink for breakfast. Free wifi. Located near a subway station (line 12) and a RER B station.
The location is great. Convenient to public communication to city centre or CDG. Easy check in. The facility is good.
Close proximity to the metro line 12, hence easy access to most of Paris. Only 5 minute+ walk to the metro station.
The location is close to the French diplomatic archives, which was the main reason I chose it.
Room was in overall good condition.
Great value considering the reasonable fee.
The building felt safe and well maintained (except for the smell of urine at the building entrance).
Owner responded promptly when I had a problem entering the room at check-in.

I was able to enjoy both the central area and local area in Paris.
I mainly liked the price which I found honest and the propriety internally. Small but tidy, warm and clean. We were 3 and it was maybe lacking some space for our bags. But we knew it and was fine for us. We had that budget and for how much it costs it is worth every single cent, considering crazy prices downtown. House is 5 min walking from N12 subway from where you can reach city center in about 20 min. We met the owner by chance only at check out time since check in is managed with codes for the doors. But whenever we sent messages for infos or assistance he was always quickly and effectively responding.
