We stayed in the upstairs duplex. It was simply fantastic!! Would highly recommend if traveling with family or friends. The kitchen is super and appears to be equipped with high end dishes, cooking dishes etc. Biggest TV I have encountered in a rental. Immediate response from the hosts. A 3-5 minute walk to the old town. Quiet location. Extremely spacious. I could go on. A very easy 10 to give. And I forgot also a wonderful soaker tub/bath!
The apartment is beautifully designed, with a nod to the era in which the property was built, but with every modern convenience and creature comfort.
Good location just outside of the city wall but short walk in. Ground floor so if you have heavy bags don't have to lug up. No designated parking but easy to find free parking nearby on street or small lot. Good base to explore the he area as it is easy to drive in and out..Host is very responsive and answers messages quickly. Clean and comfortable space. Maybe helpful to have some instructions on how to use the induction stove...it seemed straightforward but I couldn't figure it out..or maybe it wasn't working. .but that is minor..I didn't really need it. Dinan is a lovely town.
I loved my stay here - oversized beautiful towels, beautiful kitchen, bathroom and charming bedroom. Really cozy.
Great location near the old town. All facilities on ground level. Every useful appliance that one wants during a extended holiday trip. Excellent quality of fittings and finishing in the apartment. Lots of free parking nearby.
