Please note that a EUR 50 mid-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen is changed once a week free of charge. Key Collection options: - collection at the agency from 14:00 to 18:30 free of charge, at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON. - collection from a safety deposit box in the centre of Lyon for EUR 20 regardless of arrival time. - meet a member of staff directly at the property for an additional fee of EUR 30 from 14:00 to 18:00, EUR 50 from 18:00 to 00:00.
