Close to train station
Older facility but clean and tidy
A good budget location with a kitchenette. Property is Eco and Community friendly. Boxes to collect clothing and items travelers might discard. Very clean. Staff engaging and pleasant. While not at the tourist sites, property is located near the Gare Part Dieu transport hub. Got tired coming and going after my three days there, but walkable to and from Metro. Also Gare Part Dieu is a very large commercial area with shopping, eating, symphony. Apparently City itself is in a quieter zone, though you gently hear the frequent trains and trams.
Room was spacious and clean and had useful amenities.
Both receptionists were extremely kind and sweet - the nicest people we met in France.

Very convenient location for getting the tram to the stadium for the Taylor Swift concert. Very reasonable pricing as well.
It was closest to the train station which was great for us.
