Location was perfect. Apartment is very nice with all necessary amenities. Host is easy to communicate with. Apartment in itself is very comfortable and spacious, also even though being right at the heart and hyper-center of Nice it is very peaceful and quiet inside. You will not find a better located place for this value.

Very helpful host, central location, most of Nice within walking distance. Because the flat doesn't have a street front, it is sheltered from the noise from pedestrians, bars and shops. The flat's well equipped, including with beach gear.
