This place has a great location, a nice size, and it was clean. Also it was fully equipped with a kitchen and combo washer/dryer unit. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms which is nice for multiple guests. There’s a little balcony with a nice view. It’s handy for drying clothes outside too.
It is in a convenient location for all the attractions. Inside of the property is well maintained and comfortable for 3 or 4 people.
The location was fantastic! We travelled by bus and it was only a few minutes from the bus station, restaurants, the supermarket, and different sites/activities. David was super accommodating allowing us to check in a bit early and a bit late.
Location wise it is an excellent choice: the city center, bus stops (both local Chamonix and Flix/Blabla etc.), Aiguille du Midi gondola, Montenvers train station and Gare SNCF are all within 5' or less walking. All the facilities are operational and easy to use. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy (a couple of bars downstairs) but really friendly, so I enjoyed the feel of it in general.
The communication with the owner has been great as well.
The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people and is in an excellent location for activities around Chamonix. A well equipped kitchen.
