Great location and beautiful rooms onto courtyard. Great decor and comfortable beds. Peaceful considering you are in Paris. Bathroom fantastic, linked into both rooms. Having bed in kitchen area was no problem at all, it was like two adjoining hotel rooms, perfect for 3 of us.
