Zeer fijne locatie, enige minpuntje is dat er nagenoeg de hele dag wind en schaduw op het balkon staat waardoor je er eigenlijk niet veel gebruik van maakt. Verder perfecte plek als uitvalsbasis voor strand en centrum.
