Laur was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. We were early and confused about how to get the keys and where to stow our bags until the apartment was ready. Luckily we found Laur and she streamlined everything. Previous tenants had left a mess but by our checkin time Laur had it ready. This is 3rd floor in an old building in a social neighborhood close to the cathedral, castle, and river. Lots of great options to dine or get a casual snack. The only difficulties we had involved our luggage. Pack less!
The best thing about this apartment is the location on what is definitely the liveliest street in Angers. Full of lively bars, take-aways and restaurants. The apartment itself is very spacious and the central heating works. Parking in the local Monoprix is within a five minute walk. Monoprix is also very convient for all your food and drinks needs.
This is a authentic french experience in a fantastic location. We parked in the Fleur D'eau Les Halles which is about a two minute walk from the apartment and under a great Monoprix Supermarket. The layout of the apartment is amazing. The dining/living area is big and overlooks the street that is full of cafes, restaurants and pubs. We were here in October and there was a great buzz as the city host 60000 very well behaved students. This apartment is definitely on the best street in the city. The layout of the apartment is lovely with lots of space and storage units. The kitchen is great and if watching TV the choice of channels and Netflix is enormous

Appartement très spacieux, lumineux, grand salon, cuisine bien équipée, 2 chambres sympas.
Appartement tout équipé : machine à laver, micro ondes, réfrigérateur, table de cuisson etc...
je conseille sans probleme cette location. Le lieu est top situé au centre d'Angers, l'appartement est tres bien et l'hote au top.
