It was all we needed, really clean, comfortable and organized.
The appartment was clean and an easy access. We found parking on the street next to the appartment.
Apartment was very clean and located in a quiet and green neighbourhood, near tram station directly leading to city center, hosts promptly responding to inquiries, ready to help if needed
We stayed for 5 nights and were impressed with the facilities and equipment provided. Over several years of travelling and staying in apartments, we have often found a lack of basics, e.g. cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Not so at Le Menelle. The apartment is very close to a tram stop and it is a short journey of 15-20 minutes into the city centre. It is also very near a large hypermarket which is great for food shopping. Access to the apartment is via keys in a key lock, access to which was very well explained and presented no difficulties at all. If visiting Strasbourg, we suggest you seriously consider booking Le Menelle if it is available.
I liked the responsiveness of the host on my questions . He was pretty quick.
The location of the apartment was just few steps away from the tram station. The information booklet in the room was also very helpful
