Perfect location at 50m from a beautiful beach. The apparment has more than you need for a comfortable stay. All looks new, well maintained by the owner. Sitting in the balcony with the seawind is relaxing in the evening.
Nähe zum Strand und Bus, Bateau-Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig. Grosser Kühlschrank, grosse Pfanne. Balkon geht zur Stasse Georges Lahaye und hat im September nur am Abend kurz Sonne, damit wird es nicht heiss in der Wohung. Man schaut aber trotzdem in besonntes Gebiet und es können die Leute, die spazieren etc., beobachtet werden. Der Balkon ist auch ziemlich windgeschützt. Bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es recht ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsseltresor, trotzdem 2 Schlüssel verfügbar, sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber reagiert sehr schnell und hilfreich.
L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et très accueillant. Avec la chaleur, la clim était très appréciée. L'environnement est magnifique.

La proximité de la plafe, des restaurants, du parking gratuit et du centre ville avec toutes les commodités la journée (leclerc, pharmacie, boulangerie.... et le marche nicturne avec animations dans les bars zt restaurants le soir, le tout a pied, environ 500m.
François même si je ne l'ai pas vu, (echanges pas mail et sms) est prévenant et soucieux que votre séjour se passe bien.
