L'accompagnement clair pour l'arrivée, l'organisation fonctionnelle de l'appartement, l'exceptionnelle propreté, l'équipement complet, dont des "basiques" qu'on oublie régulièrement, la literie, le calme. Enfin, 2 petits espaces extérieurs protégés du vis à vis par des haies
Petit appartement au rez-de-chaussée, facile d'accès avec une place de parking juste devant. Idéal pour un couple avec une chambre lit double. Canapé convertible dans le salon pour un couchage supplémentaire. Ensemble propre, bien équipé et calme. Propriétaire disponible au besoin par message.
