Perfect location, 1 minute to tram station and 4-5 minutes to Nice Ville train station. Walking distance to the most important touristic objectives. Nice old building with specific charm, and the boulevard is not circulated by cars. The pictures with the apartment are accurate. It was perfect for our needs during our 5 nights stay and we highly recommend it!

The location was very central with good access to food shops and public transport, as well as being not too far to walk to the beach. The flat itself was roomy and very nice and included what we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and easy to contact about anything related to the flat.

The apartment is central located, just 5 minutes walk to the train station, very convenient for traveling around. A Carrefour is also located next door, enough to buy something for the daily needs. Downstairs of the apartment there are local vegetable market und local restaurants, which let you feel the pulse of local life but it is not noisy at all. The dining room of the apartment is big and one can take a good rest after a busy visiting day. The landlord is nice, who provides information timely and even come for saying goodbye to us and make our Nice holiday a good finish.
