Location. Perfect for skiers, close to the Prorel lift. Communication with the owners was efficient and clear. The apartment is as expected for this kind of apartments in Briancon (we've been previously in some simillar apartments in some neighboring buildings)
We rented the studio for 1 week and were surprised of how spacious it was for a "ski accommodation" (out of season). Even with the sofa bed left open during the day, we had plenty of space in the room.
Well located (although the cable car was not working in this season, so the location close to the cable car did not really matter to us. But well located in the town). Clean, with anything we may have needed in the cupboards (coffee maker, cuttlery, and even a fondue dish and a raclette maker!).
Mostly, when our car broke down and we needed to stay additional nights, the host was very flexible, and this made our life much easier.
