The apartment is beautiful and spacious, a great stay with friends. It is extremely cozy and was the perfect getaway for a weekend wedding in Alencon. Host was communicative and answered our questions. There are two beds in different rooms which gives privacy and a bit of space. Both bedrooms have a couch, while one additionally is connected to the dining area. I loved the layout and slept peacefully. The location is great, very walkable (but difficult to arrive to, trains cancelled on us, be prepared to uber if necessary). We took a walk around on Sunday, and it was pleasant and quiet, but many shops weren't open on this day. It was a nice day to recuperate after a long fun wedding, but if you want to explore more shops, do so on a day other than Sunday. Aux Delices des Ducs was a cute and delicious patisserie nearby that was open on Sunday! I recommend this spot and their pistachio flan. You will enjoy your stay here!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé rencontrer le propriétaire qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. C'est toujours tellement agréable de se sentir personnellement accueilli ! L'appartement est charmant.

Appartement situé en plein centre d'Alençon avec tous les commerçants au pied de l'immeuble (boulangerie, charcuterie, restaurants, etc). De l'espace, une jolie déco, matelas très confortables, linge de lit et serviettes de bonne qualité. Et puis le calme absolu, ce qui est rare en ville! La propriétaire est réactive, merci à elle de nous avoir expliqué le déverrouillage de la plaque de cuisson !

Appartement très spacieux, très original. Bien aménagé et bien équipé. Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire ? qui s'est révélé très aimable, très prévenant. Appart près du centre ville. Facilité d'accès et d'installation et de communication avec Inès.
