Location is what I love about this apartment. And the host, Sarah, she was so nice. I definitely would recommend this apartment, especially if it's your first time in Nice.

Good value and the host was really nice, the host allowed us with late check in and check-out. Our train had a huge delay on the arrival and the host waited us till almost midnight. When we arrived, he helped my mom with carrying the luggage and he had already turned on the air conditioner so the apartment was already really comfy. It is an old apartment in the old town, but it has everything we needed and it was really comfortable and spacious! In the morning it is very interesting to look down at the street of old town while people are getting their shops and restaurants ready. The windows are also soundproof so it is very quiet when they were closed. Nice is hot in the summer. So it was good that there is washing machine too!
