location is excellent, close to subway and restaurants.
The host sent us helpful and detailed information about the apartment before we arrived, was very friendly and answered quickly all questions we had. The apartment was easy to find and "check-in" went very smooth. The location was great in a quiet street and we never heard a sound from the other apartments in the house. The photos on Booking show the apartment as it is. In spite of being very small it was so so cozy, extremely well equipped and though spending our week in Paris mostly outside it was a nice place to come to at evenings and we really enjoyed our stay there. A little home away from home. There is no question we will choose this as our accommodation for our next stay in Paris.
Location is good, near restaurants, shops and metro stations and in walking distance to some attractions. The apartment is small but comfortable, It was perfect for short stay for three persons. The apartment has heating.

Небольшие апартаменты в настоящем французском стиле. Чуствовалось, что владелец обустраивал жилье с любовью.Хороший нешумный район. Прекрасное месторасположение. Такие достопримечательности, как Лувр, Нотр- Дам -Де-Пари находятся в шаговой доступности. Пешком примерно 40 минут. Совсем рядом метро, 2-3 минуты пешком, чудесная булочная Alexine(рекомендую!), рядом с ней кофе по 1 евро. Это, если выйти с подъезда направо, пройти до большой арки Saint-Denis и сразу за ней. Пешком 5 минут. В квартире есть все для проживания: кухонные и моющие принадлежности, шампунь, гель для душа. Чай, приправы, соль, соусы, оставшиеся от предыдущих жильцов. Кухня и ванная малюсенькие, но нам это не мешало. Мы останавливались втроём. В одной комнате была удобная кровать, в другой- удобный раскладной диван. У нас осталось приятное приятное впечатление от проживания. Люсьен, спасибо!
