The apartment was fantastic! It was just like the pictures and the host even had some candies and fresh fruit for us when we arrived. He met us at the apartment and was very flexible with timing, even though our flight was five hours delayed! The place was very clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants around and a grocery store and a few bakeries all within a few minutes walk. It was also very close to several subway lines, which made getting around the city very easy. We brought our two teenage kids, who slept on the couches. One of the couches can be pulled out to make a double bed, but they decided just to sleep on the couches and said they were okay. The bed in the bedroom was great. There is a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom that we made us of once. The cycles take a very long time (3-4 hours each), but as long as you're prepared for that it was very convenient.

Everything, the facilities inside the apartment is comprehensive, it’s comfortable as all the furnitures and households are modern, clean, tidy and properly arranged. The location is also very close, less than 500m, to Montparnasse Bienvenue Metro Station as well as the Main Train line (TGV and Intercities) towards the Northwestern cities like Renne, Nantes, Bordeaux, Le Mans etc. we’d also particularly like to mention about the owner of the apartment, Yassine, that is very nice and kind, humble and very supportive to our needs.

everything is beyond expectation except for the very short stay we had in the apartment it provides excellent location, cleanliness, and also everything a traveler would need including a laundry machine and dryer as well as a nice tv with soundbar which you can just stay and enjoy without even going out

The perfect place to stay in Paris. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's very modern, clean and cozy. The host also provided compliments to his guests, fresh fruit, chocolates, coffee and water. We arrived late, but he was patient and kind enough to welcome and accommodate us. There are various restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Lively and safe area. It is extremely easy to get to any of the city's attractions - bus stops, Montparnasse station and the metro are 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment. Our visit to Paris was a wonderful experience. We would stay in this apartment again. We highly recommend it!

Fantastic location with lovely windows looking over the street and park. A handy bar and restaurant downstairs that didn’t create any noise thanks to the double glazing, and finished up pretty early. Shops, restaurants, takeaway and transport very close by. Very comfortable bed and sofa beds. Great bathroom and kitchen.
