Very good location for the football, shops close by and a very good bakery as well, the airport is 30 mins on 1 tram but the city centre of nice is 2 trams that take about an hour
Comfy little apartment a little way out of the centre of Nice but near tram, train and bus stops for easy access to town, the public transport network is excellent. We booked this quite late after a previous booking elsewhere was cancelled and the owner was very accommodating and helpful in arranging our stay.

This was really a pleasant surprise when we reached. We paid a reasonable price for what we got. The house was really big and comfortable, and the back view of the city was incredible. Beds were very comfortable and the warm heating was good in cold weather. Very well equipped with everything (washing machine/utensils) and kudos to the friendly host (language barrier is not much of a barrier)
Unic place to stay, typical French house. The host was very good and responsive to us.
