Location, ease of checking in, communication with host and spaciousness of Accomodations
The apartment is in the heart of the wonderful town of Dinan and is easy to stroll about the beautiful and historic environs.
There is a lovely cafe adjacent to the apartment and the staff there were helpful and friendly. We were aware that some guests may have found the neighbours to be noisy - we didn't. It was a very peaceful and calm stay in a super, well equipped apartment. We certainly hope to stay again if we can. The weather was a very pleasant 25 to 28 degrees and at this time of the year [September 2022] the area was not as busy as when we've visited Dinan before
Oliver the owner was Extremely helpful leading upto our stay & he met us soon after we got into the accommodation to explain the town of Dinan & the local area.
The house itself had so much character we Absolutely Loved our stay here, we were right at home immediately
We loved the private garden out the back high up on the ramparts away from everybody.
We parked right outside & never moved the car for 4 days.
Theres 2 car parkis right across the street too.
Luckily enough for us we had 2 free days parking due to Bastille Day.
At 30€ a day the parking is a tad expensive.
Dinan itself is Absolutely Breathtaking & so so friendly we will 100% go back.
The property could not have been better placed for Everything Dinan has to offer
Olivier was a perfect host. He met us at the property on our arrival to assist with our luggage and settling in. We were given biscuits & cider which was a nice gesture.
The property was extremely well located with a beautiful garden to enjoy.
The equipment within the property was excellent and probably the best equiped self catering ever.
Parking was easy in the car park opposite (except market day)
Location and the decor, that was inline with Dinan. Beautiful garden with a great view of the sun set.
