The apartment is in the heart of the wonderful town of Dinan and is easy to stroll about the beautiful and historic environs. There is a lovely cafe adjacent to the apartment and the staff there were helpful and friendly. We were aware that some guests may have found the neighbours to be noisy - we didn't. It was a very peaceful and calm stay in a super, well equipped apartment. We certainly hope to stay again if we can. The weather was a very pleasant 25 to 28 degrees and at this time of the year [September 2022] the area was not as busy as when we've visited Dinan before

Olivier was a perfect host. He met us at the property on our arrival to assist with our luggage and settling in. We were given biscuits & cider which was a nice gesture. The property was extremely well located with a beautiful garden to enjoy. The equipment within the property was excellent and probably the best equiped self catering ever. Parking was easy in the car park opposite (except market day)
