Sehr schöne Maisonette-Wohnung mit viel Platz und hoher Aufenthaltsqualität. Sie ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche steht ein schöner, großer Esstisch. Auch das Wohnzimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer liegen im oberen Stockwerk und bieten ausreichend Platz. Von den Nachbarn oder der Umgebung hört man nichts, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de tout le confort et est très bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Les hôtes sont très disponibles. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter toute la Bretagne Nord et à 5 minutes à pieds du centre historique de Saint-Brieuc. Place de parking privée.
