We stayed at this apartment in Avon during an 8-day bouldering trip to Fontainebleau with my children, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is peaceful and quiet, just a short drive from the forest and main climbing areas, and still close enough to the town center for groceries and short outings. The apartment was clean, bright, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen amenities, which made cooking easy and enjoyable during our stay. The small balcony added a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. The kids enjoyed the space, and overall, the apartment had a calm and welcoming feel. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the flexibility around check-in was appreciated. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend this place to families or small groups looking for a comfortable and well-located base to explore Fontainebleau and the surrounding forest.

Such a lovely cozy little apartment, its decorated nicely and feels really homely. Really well stocked kitchen. Lots of space, big comfy sofa. Good location if you have a car to access the town and forest. Clean and tidy with bedding and towels. There is a balcony space accessible from the master bedroom and the living/dining room. The lady who met us to hand over the keys was lovely and spoke great English. The apartment has parking very close and although it is on an estate slightly out of the main town there are a few little shops including a bakery just a three minute walk away. Really excellent accommodation.

Апартамент мені дуже сподобався. Ми почувалися, як вдома. Там є все: пральна та сушильна , посудомийна машини, всіляке кухонне начиння, посуд, духова шафа, мікрохвильова піч. У ванній нова душова кабіна, нові меблі. Спати було дуже добре, адже є ролети. Ми дуже задоволені. Хазяйка доброзичлива та уважна. Рекомендую цей апартамент сім'ям.
