The location and the apartment are great, very safe extremely quite area, very close to M10 metro line and all kind of buses, we took the place due to its proximity to Lollapalooza festival.
Very good price value in Boulogne-Billancourt, location is really good, close to Paris, you can be there in ~30 mins, you have backery, shops, market, public transport nearby Jean-Marc is an amazing host, helping with everything. The apartment has all what you need, clean and large, perfect for a family.
The location is perfect! it is close to metro, and with market, bakery, restaurant nearby. The host is very kind and provided us some food in the fridge, it makes us feel welcome and relaxing.

Location was perfect nice quiet area. Close to metro and easy access to central Paris and most attractions. Perfect for family with two kids. All necessary items provided included small touches like coffee tea milk, fruits etc which made a difference on arrival. Host was waiting for as and explained everything. Jean was super welcoming and answered any questions. I will easy recommend it to anyone who wish to rest in nice comfortable apartment after all day exploring beautiful Paris.
