Erg gezellig goed uitgerust appartementje gelegen achteraan een huis met een rustige tuin met tuinsetje, en aanpalend openbaar parkje met wandelweg naast een idyllisch riviertje (te bereiken via een poortje achteraan in de tuin) - je zou zo bijna vergeten dat je vlakbij het centrum zit...wat op zich ook een voordeel is...
