The charm of the place. And the fact I had ALL the comfort of an entire apartment (although I did not use 90% of it, as I just work during the day, and needed 1 bedroom... Not even got the time to watch TV or use the kitchen!).
The host was very flexible and immediately helpful, as I arrived very late at night.
Location perfect and the apartment was spacious. More like an original air bnb I.e. in someone's own home than a regular apartment.
The apartment is lovely, one feels truly at home and there is all that may be needed (in the kitchen, in the bathroom). Not to speak of the library full of art and history books.
Still, the greatest strength of this accommodation is its location, just on the square of one of France’s most beautiful gothic cathedral, in the heart of a wonderfully preserved medieval town, with easy parking and just a few km from CDG airport, Chantilly, Parc Astérix and Paris itself.
