the apartment is comfortable, lots of space. furnished comfortably. has all the amenities. the terrace is amazing. wanted to do gymnastics in the morning, for this there was a yoga mattress 🧘🏻♀️lots of towels and bed linen. you don't have to worry about shampoos and body gel, for the first time you will have enough for a family. there is a store not far away, convenient. the pool is just amazing 😍
Lovely Michelle welcomed us and advised us re parking. The contact with online host was also good. Lovely bright modern apartment. Beautiful pool and spacious balcony. The aircon was excellent and most necessary!
Super apartment! Very well equipped, nicely decorated. Large balcony with the view on the pool.
Pool is wanderful as well and open until 9pm.

Superb, can't go wrong. Michelle was wonderful and the apartment was perfect
First of all we decided to spend Silvester in Nice very Last minute so we were grateful to be able to Book very Short Notice. The Appartement was very spacy with a big balcony (Not that Important in Winter), though a bit on the „older“ and „worn“ Side. The complex and Pool area looked very nice, but again was not used. Michelle who welcomed us was very nice, but conversation was a Bit difficult as she spoke French.
It‘s about 25 minutes Walk to the Seaside and Tram line. Bus Services are Not very regular on Weekends.
We did have a nice stay and can recommend this Appartement.
