A perfect apartment for short stay. We are family of four and found the size of the apartment great. The sofa bed is a good size for kids (ours 7 and 9). The apartment is clean and tasteful renovated. We stayed in the loft (3d floor). The staircase is pretty steep and narrow but we didn't find too bad. The check in with a key box went uncomplicated. We didn't meet the host in person but all the time had a friendly and helpful communication with him. The apartment is situated in a pretty worn down neighbourhood. It was weighed up by closeness to the old town. You can reach it by foot in roughly 15 minutes. The old town is a must see when you are there. As well as the Aquarium! We came by car and were lucky to find a parking place directly next to the apartment when we arrived. Although the next day we had to park few streets a way. All in all I can definitely recommend this place 👍.
The location was absolutely perfect, just 15 minutes from city centre, 20 minutes from the beach and we walked with our little daughter slowing us down.
The apartment itself was absolutely amazing and left us stunned, very cleverly designed with plenty of space for cooking dining, resting etc.

J'ai été très surprise par l'appartement qui était vraiment spacieux. Le logement comporte une énorme cuisine très bien équipée et un bel espace pour la salle à manger. La chambre avec deux lits est très bien. Les couchages comportent des couettes et des oreillers, même pour le canapé-lit. La gazinière fonctionne sans allumettes.
Très grande douche !
Appartement adapté pour accueillir les tout-petits (matériels divers fournis).
