The rooftop bar and vista was great: The Spa and pool were used by most of our group of 13. The reception was most friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel & apartments, excellent and friendly service, great location

We loved our stay at Chais Monnet. The hotel has that 'wow factor' moment as you drive in and we really felt like we were walking into a 5* hotel. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the pictures don't do it justice! The rooms were big, spacious, very clean, quiet and had everything we needed including a kitchen for us to self cater. We got a really good deal and found it hard to believe with how good it was. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we loved the facilities. The indoor/outdoor pool was well maintained and we spent a lot of time in the garden drinking wine and swimming. Our friends had their baby and we found it very family friendly but not overrun with kids. The location is not far into the centre of Cognac, maybe 15 minute walk and lots to see on the way. There were bikes available but we didn't make use of this, also lots of undercover parking available.

This was a great place to stay, few minutes from centre of town. Staff were excellent, the place is very clean. Will return next year.

We didn't have breakfast, but had dinner in the Brasserie which was amazing!
