Great, comfortable base for exploring Avignon for a few days.
Spacious well equipped lovely apartment with wonderful terrace about 5 minute walk from Avignon Central train station. Owner very welcoming and responsive. We had Eurail pass and found it very convenient to also see Orange ampitheatre and Arles (the 6 month citypass for 19 euros is well worth its value). Pont du Gard and Uzes could be easily reached by bus#115 for 2 euros. The apartment was like an oasis after a long day of sightseeing.
Location was inside the walled city on a pedestrian lane very near a beautiful square. It was also near a beautiful park and main shopping thoroughfare. If traveling by train, this is a great location. We loved the antiquity of the building. Renovation is not quite complete in shared areas but owners have done an amazing job in the apartment. The kitchen is fantastic and having a washer and dryer is a bonus. The apartment is very spacious. One oddity, required I’m sure by the age of the building, is that the toilet is down the hall from the shower and sink. We had a wonderful stay here!
This is a very spacious apartment. It is well lit and has everything you need. The location is perfect.
it’s inside of the old town. great location. very close to the tourist office and main attractions. lots of restaurants around. really good apartment for 1-2 or 3 people can fit even 4. very happy that I got this apartment.
