The Appia la Fayette is 650 ft from Eurostar connections at the Gare du Nord Train Station and a quarter mile from the Gare de l'Est. Staff was super nice and the rooms were very comfortable. Great location for access to train stations.

The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed being able to open the doors to the balcony to view the city. The bed was perfect. I slept so well. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Location is great. In between Gare du Nord and Gate de l’Est. Staff was very helpful, wake-up call, good breakfast and Taxi on time for a ride to CDG.
The members of the staff are accommodating, engaging, and polite. The location was very convenient because it was close to the metro and bus stations.
