Very pleasant, comfortable, quiet stay, the apartment is super close to the metro (around 3 mins walk), check in was easy even though we arrived at midnight. The apartment was clean and comfortable and access into central paris was very easy using the line 13. Aldi conveniently also 3 mins away to grab some supplies if needed. Small note: after booking this, I saw online that St Denis is supposed to be dangerous, we did not have any issues - we even walked to the apartment from the bus station at St Denis University at around midnight (probably wouldnt recommend this though as there were groups loitering around with it being a friday, but dont look like a lost tourist holding your phone and walk confidently and you will be fine if theres no other option but metro runs late, and taxis are cheap (bolt, uber))

The owner of the apartment was very friendly and polite. We received the keys to the apartment at the agreed time, although we arrived a little earlier. The apartment has everything you need to settle in, the metro is very close - it's very convenient. A supermarket and fresh kuasans are also nearby.
